SHARP publication in The Lancet Respiratory Medicine

A new study from SHARP (Severe Heterogeneous Asthma Research collaboration, Patient-centred) has been published in The Lancet Respiratory Medicine, providing new insights into severe asthma and remission prospects across Europe.

The research analysed data from the European Severe Asthma Registry to investigate clinical characteristics and disease trajectories among people living with severe asthma in European countries.

The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of factors associated with remission and disease progression, highlighting the value of personalised approaches in severe asthma management.

This publication further strengthens SHARP’s commitment to international collaboration and research, supporting the development of more targeted and patient-centred strategies for severe asthma care.
